Direct Responsibilities

· Support to Territory Management

- Provide support to the Company’s CEO Office on the business matters and transversal management;

- Support CEO office in the daily regulatory liaison and regulatory filing;

- Prepare documents and presentation for the management;

- Support the Company’s local procedures management;

- Ad hoc tasks as requested by the supervisor.

· Support to Office Management

- Provide secretarial support to the management;

- Responsible for receiving visitors, answering incoming calls;

- Control meeting room booking for clients and colleagues

- Control the order, delivery and record of non-critical company/ department chop and perform required annual internal check.

· Permanent Control Aspects

- Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework.

- Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan

- Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines

- Contribute to the reporting of all incidents according to the Incident Management System

- Ensure audit recommendations are resolved within the specific timeline.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI, as well as using tools for presentation to stakeholders or senior management

- Strong communication skills in written and spoken Chinese and English

- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in China

Behavioural:

- Self-motivated, decisive with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands with pressing deadlines for multiple tasks

- High Ethical standard
