- Assist to coordinate and arrange interviews;
- Support on employee life cycle(exit, transfer);
- Update Store OC;
- Consolidate weekly and monthly reports;
- Follow up payment expenses;
- Other administrative work.
Requirements:
- 4-5 days per week
- Undergraduate students, preferably majoring in human resources, administration, etc.
- Attendance of at least 3 days per week, internship period of 3-6 months.
- Good communication skills, service consciousness and learning ability.
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in the use of Office software.
- Patient and meticulous, practical and stable, strong sense of responsibility.
