Our IT department plays a pivotal role in internal usage maintaining and enhancing our software systems and platforms. We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Graduate Intern with a foundation in IT to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
We are excited to offer an opportunity to an IT Intern who will assist in the daily operations and management of our software system platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a keen interest in IT and hold a graduate degree, with a solid understanding of software systems and platforms.

Responsibilities:
Monitor system performance and record faults when issues arise

Collaborate with the IT team to document and change user permissions

Assist in scheduling UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
协助安排 UAT
Manage process documentation, procedure change logs, and troubleshooting step documentation

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

Demonstrated interest and foundation in IT and software systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
