Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for setting up, testing, evaluating and improving customer-near general vacuum applications in the INFICON laboratory or customer laboratory.
2. Independent control and improvement of laboratory set-ups and scientific data analysis.
3. Strong cooperation and collaboration with international INFICON07s R&D, Product Marketing Department and customers, to develop new applications and assist new product developments.
4. Provide technical support for sales and application engineers in China, with focus on the solar cell, semiconductor, and other thin film related industries. Participate in customer projects and assist sales to provide suitable solutions for the customers, with measurements as well as with theoretical calculations.
5. Visit customers to explore their needs and trends. Monitor INFICON’s products on usage, and users' comments and requirements, and give the feedback on the relevant information to sales.
6. Keep eye on the trends of product categories and market segments in the related industry. Actively collect and summarize market information and trends to improve or adjust the direction of business in a timely manner.
Requirements：
1. Master's degree or higher in physics, or similar.
2. 1+ year(s) of experience in vacuum technology, laboratory work, R&D, and data analysis. Used to work scientifically and self-organized.
3. Ability to communicate and write fluently in English.
4. Experience in vacuum system design, different pumps, and laboratory setup. Mass spectrometer or Helium leak-testing knowledge is an asset.
5. Strong scientific view and experience in data analysis. For example, Excel, Matlab, Labview, Originlab, etc. Programming knowledge is an asset.
6. Excellent team player, clear communication with HQ and engineers.
7. Independent, self-motivated and structured work and good documentation skills.
8. Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs, ability to learn and adapt to frequent travel.
9. Work location: Guangzhou (Travel to other regions will be arranged depend on customer needs). 公司简要介绍：
