The following position, based in Beijing, is now open for application:

1. Job Scope

?

1. Document and Certificates

- Monitor and implement regulatory compliance and other statutory requirements that affect the Company’s operations.

- Interact with officials at relevant authorities to secure validity of document and/or certificates required for the posted staff.

?

2. Procurement Exercises & Supports on Agreement/Contract Execution

- Coordinate quotation exercises pertaining to HR/Admin services for BJSSQ office and/or Area Office.

- Guide or assist user departments on procedures relating to procurement and agreement /contract execution.

?

3. Handle relevant legal matters

- Coordinate legal consultation relating to commercial activities upon request.

- Coordinate legal consultation relating to P.R.C labour law, where necessary.

- Coordinate on shared mail “SQCN_Legal” to attend enquiries in terms of legal issues. (commercial disputes, contract/agreement vetting, and etc.)

4. Employee Relations

- Responsible for employee relations and communications through surveys, feedback session etc.

- Plan and coordinate on necessary comms in time with regards to staffing issues.

?

5. Staff Administration

- Coordinate with local HR agencies and HQ to arrange staff recruitment and movement within proper procedures.?

- Maintain and update HR records & employee database.

?

6. Reports and Database

- Generate and/or maintain reports and databases pertaining to HR & Admin, e.g. commercial supplementary report, social insurance report, leave report and etc.

?

7. Other duties or tasks assigned by immediate supervisor and/or management.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
? ? ? ·? ? ? ?Bachelor’s degree
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
? ? ? ·? ? ? ?Previous experience in HR or Administration oriented jobs will be beneficial?
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS
? ? ? ·? ? ? ?Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese

? ? ? ·? ? ? ?Knowledge of office applications e.g., Microsoft Word/Excel?

? ? ? ·? ? ? ?Hard working and a good team player

? ? ? ·? ? ? ?Proactive in problem solving

? ? ? ·? ? ? ?Disciplined and respectful of local guidelines and company directives?

? ? ? ·? ? ? ?Able to work in a high stress environment

? ? ? ·? ? ? ?2 years of working experience in HR or Admin is a bonus?
