We are looking for future leaders who want to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the establishment of production operations in China. The Trainee Program has the following areas based on needs:
Production & Industrial Engineering
Supply Chain Management
Procurement
Information Technology
Finance
etc..

The Trainee Program is designed around the trainee and will give a holistic view of Scania’s global operations. Will offer on a personal development plan with a clearly defined goal. The program consist of six mandatory modules and during the program the trainee will have several rotations in different functions across Scania China.

Qualifications:
High potentials with up to two years of working experience and fresh graduates in Y2025
Bachelor degree and above with Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Supply chain Management, Information Technology or Business and Management
Proficiency in oral and written expression in English

Soft skills:
Potential leadership skills and ambition to grow in a leader position
Communicative team player and strong ability to work cross-functionally
Goal, method and result oriented with a strategic mindset
