Function: Olefine & Polyolefin

What you will learn:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Polyolefins products and the industry, with a focus on Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE).
- Enhance your professional skillset and develop comprehensive business acumen.
- Gain hands-on experience working for a Fortune 500 company with a global presence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the commercial team on Customer Centricity & Commercial Excellence (CCE) initiatives.
- Assist in refining customer and market surveys.
- Contribute to comprehensive business data analysis on sales and market trends.
- Maintain the sales database to aid in weekly and monthly reporting.
- Participate in maintaining customer relationships and developing potential clients.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polyolefins, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
- Chinese with fluency in Mandarin is a must; Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Available to work 2-3 days per week with a minimum six-month internship commitment.

Account Management Basics: Develop a foundational understanding of customer strategic plans and learn how to support customers through cross-functional interactions, driving value aligned with the business strategy.
Product and Technical Knowledge Basics: Continuously learn about LYB products and services to identify opportunities and articulate a basic value proposition for customers.
