Responsibilities：
1.Support global sourcing activities for diverse clientele, including supplier market research, selection, evaluation, and onboarding of potential suppliers to enhance business relationships.
2.Drive active participation in new projects by aligning project goals with commodity strategies, ensuring optimal supplier assessment, and selecting quotations for commercial and technical sustainability.
3.Support to develop negotiation strategies for business reviews with potential suppliers, emphasizing factors like pricing, lead times, payment terms, and incoterms to streamline sourcing processes and optimize resource allocation.
4.Collaborate with SDE (Supplier Development Engineer) to enhance supplier performance, monitor the supplier portfolio, and foster supplier development initiatives to build a robust and efficient supply base.
5.Engage in regular meetings with overseas customers/suppliers during project development stages, providing comprehensive project reports, and driving proactive exploration of alternatives to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:
1.Exhibit intelligence, diligence, self-motivation, and readiness to travel frequently.
2.Proficient in English with the ability to communicate orally and in writing with overseas customers.
