Responsibilities：
1.Responsible for product development, design, testing, progress promotion and control
2.Responsible for market research, information collection and analysis of related products
3.In accordance with APQP process, directly communicate with customer technical personnel, responsible for design and development.
4.Conducted review with suppliers according to customer input standards/technical specifications/drawings /3D data, and led suppliers to release master designs and establish BOM.
5.Assist the supplier to update the design according to the new input/internal requirements of customers during the development process.
6.Participate in sample production to provide technical support, release sample drawings and build BOM in PDM.
7.Worked with test engineers and PM of customers and suppliers to develop and release DVP, and conducted test analysis for design improvement.
8.Convened meetings to review the transferred drawings, including customer drawings, feedback with the main designer and coordinate technical changes.
9.Understand design details and assist in developing local suppliers to meet design requirements.
10.Participate in the early stage of each process of trial production to provide technical support.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical (mechanical and electronic engineering, mechanical design, mechanical automation).
2.Able to read the product GD&T drawings, able to skillfully apply CATIA to design products and complete technical confirmation.
3.Familiar with industrial product design, fan, motor, control product design is preferred.
4.Fluent in English communication and writing.
