俄语外贸业务员主要对接东欧市场。同步在招英语的外贸业务员。
1.俄语，英语口语流利（重要）；
2.具有外贸业务工作经验和国外市场开发能力，对公司主营产品熟悉者优先； 具有独立开发客人的能力者优先。
3.工作责任心、敬业精神和团队合作精神强；
4.性格开朗，沟通能力强，能承受一定的工作压力；
5.心态积极正面，正能量，做事踏实细心。
6.能够很好的跟进公司分配的客户资源，并进行二次开发。
公司在童车出口行业内有近二十年的历史，有着很好的行业口碑。每年有参加国内国外的展会，广交会均在知名品牌区。为优秀业务员提供出国拜访客人的支持，有良好的海外客户基础积累，有二十多人的专业业务团队，三十多人的后勤跟单团队。有江浙，天津，河北有驻外QC把控品质支持。
*薪资结构：
展示薪资为底薪范围。
底薪+转正后额外效益工资+年终提成。
在职三年以上优秀业务员有入股奖励机制。
通过面试传统外贸经验丰富的外贸人才试用期无责任底薪9K起，突出优秀人员面议。
入职一个月内实际工资标准缴纳五险一金。
