Job responsibilities:
工作职责
warmly welcome guests to arrive, andprovide personalized greetings;
热情欢迎贵宾到达，并提供个性化的问候
Record VIP visit information in detail, andensure the accuracy of the information;
详细记录贵宾到访信息，并确保资料的准确无误；
Assist VIP to handle relevant procedures,including security registration, visitor management, etc.;
协助贵宾办理相关手续，包括安全登记、访客管理等；
Answer VIP enquiries, provideproject-related information and guide visits;
解答贵宾的查询，提供项目相关信息和引导参观；
Coordinate internal resources to ensure thespecific needs of VIP guests are met;
协调内部资源，以确保满足贵宾的具体需求；
Maintain customer relationship, includingfollow-up service follow-up and customer appreciation;
维护客户关系，包括后续服务跟进和客户感谢；
Regularly report customer feedback and anyspecial events to superiors;

Applicant requirements
应聘者要求：
girls height 168CM+, boys height 180CM+；
女生身高168CM+，男生身高180CM+；
College degree or above, major in hotelmanagement, aviation service or related is preferred;
大专以上学历，酒店管理、航空服务或相关专业优先；
Interns are required to practice for atleast 6 consecutive months or more;
实习生要求至少连续实习6个月及以上；
with excellent communication skills, ableto interact with guests in a friendly and professional attitude;

good organizational skills and attention todetail, able to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment;
