What you will learn in the program:
61 Experience in Fortune 500 multinational company and global diverse working environment
61 The breadth of learning opportunities in Communications include:
o Social media operation and management
o Content planning and creation
o Communication skills
o Project management
Basic Function:
61 The role will be supporting team members to design, plan and deliver communications through social media/online platform to share consistent message to external and internal stakeholders and strengthen LYB’s branding.
Roles & Responsibilities:
61 Support communications on designated social media/digital platforms (e.g. WeChat/official website), including but not limited to the content planning, content drafting, design and layout.
61 Track data of LYB owned or other defined social media channel performance and monitor market trends to deliver social media insights on timely basis.
61 Assist in safeguarding the proper usage of brand assets (logo, font, pictures, design, etc.)
61 Perform various administrative tasks to support team projects
Qualifications & Experience:
61 Passionate about social media/new technology and familiar with emerging trends of social media, previous experiences with social media operation is preferred;
61 Working knowledge of WeChat editing tools, Photoshop, Adobe and/or other design software, basic video filming and editing skills is preferred;
61 Second-year graduate students or undergraduate students in third year in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline
61 Good command of English and Chinese
61 Demonstrates attention to detail and creativity
