Job description:
We are looking for future leaders who want to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the establishment of production operations in China. Individuals who are prepared to take on this challenge by boosting their personal development in a value driven organization and are interested in creating a world of mobility that is better for business, society and the environment.

The Trainee Program has the following areas based on needs:
Production & Industrial Engineering;
Supply Chain Management;
Procurement;
Information Technology;
Finance;
etc..


The Trainee Program is designed around the trainee and will give a holistic view of Scania’s global operations. Will offer on a personal development plan with a clearly defined goal. The program consist of six mandatory modules and during the program the trainee will have several rotations in different functions across Scania China.

Qualifications:
High potentials with up to two years of working experience and fresh graduates in Y2025;
Bachelor degree and above with Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Supply chain Management, Information Technology or Business and Management
Proficiency in oral and written expression in English.

Soft skills:
Potential leadership skills and ambition to grow in a leader position;
Communicative team player and strong ability to work cross-functionally;
Goal, method and result oriented with a strategic mindset;
