职责
1. 协助研究开发生存分析，实验设计等统计分析功能及算法
2. 在开发新的数据分析功能过程中，能参与用户界面的设计以及提供测试步骤的文档。
3. 为新的数据分析功能编写帮助文档，收集测试数据及用例。
4. 贯穿产品的开发测试过程，和开发部门、测试部门以及 beta 用户合作交流帮助设计提升软件功能。
5. 在开发测试及用户使用过程提供相应的技术支持。

要求：
1. 硕士学历，工科或理科专业，统计专业优先。
2. 熟悉统计软件， 如 Minitab, JMP, SPSS, R 等
3. 具备优秀的研究能力。
4. 具备良好的沟通技巧以及良好的英文能力。
5. 对所研发的项目有强烈的责任感，在项目开发过程中，能与其他团队成员紧密合作。
6. 良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神。 公司简要介绍：
