Job description
We are looking for engineers who want to grow and develop within their area of expertise. It is important that you are passionate about technology, enjoy solving problems and want to use your expertise to develop sustainable solutions and to make production and logistics workflows more efficient.

The Engineering program is an introduction program and a unique way of kick-starting your career within Scania Production and Logistics. Skills development is a natural part of our corporate culture, and we offer plenty of opportunities for personal development.

Within Production and Logistics, Scania07s production system (SPS) forms the basis for everything we do and represents our values, principles and priorities. SPS helps us to improve our quality, ergonomics, productivity and result in a more sustainable production process. After the program, you will start working in one of our engineering or logistics functions.

As an engineering, your will manage procurement of production equipment from pre-study and requirement setting through procurement all the way to installation and implementation. Define requirements on the assembly, test and paint operations to meet product requirements and define the assembly line balance to meet capacity requirements. You will act as the main interface towards R&D and towards involved equipment suppliers.

Qualifications
61High potential graduates with maximum 2 years of working experience prior
61M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or supply chain management or similar
61Proficiency in oral and written expression in English

61Strong interest in technology and problem solving
61Collaborative, effective communication skills and knowledge of relevant technical areas
61 Ability to plan work in a logical and thorough manner, lead and organize projects, and independently drive activities in the context of a broader team project
