Positions: Pricing Coordinator [Full Time]
Working Place: Shanghai
Key Duty:
Support the Procurement Manager for Latin America trade in marketing, pricing and procurement function.
Job Duties:
1) Collect, maintain, and update pricing information and cost tariffs; respond to inquiries from local offices and assist with rate filing with carriers.
2) Support pricing strategy execution through market research, report preparation, and ensure compliance in contract management across business units.
3) Build and maintain supplier relationships, managing daily pricing inquiries and optimizing team resources and space allocation.
4) Publish necessary rates and notifications, and undertake additional procurement-related tasks as assigned by the Procurement Manager.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree with fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
2) Interest in pricing & procurement preferred
3) Strong communication skills
4) Dedicated, self- initiative, and a team player
