FIN & ADMIN assistant /Trainee 财务行政实习生


JOB PURPOSE
To assit Accounting Supervisor running the accounting department at place. To maintain financial records and assist with audits, ensure efficiency and compliance.
协助财务主管负责财务部门的运作。维护财务数据并协助审计，确保日常工作的合规有效。




Functional Responsibility
Daily cash and bank account registration 现金和银行日记账核算
Use Kingdee sofeware 使用金蝶财务软件
Taxation invoice issued and cost invoice registration 开具税票并录入成本发票
Reimbursement 费用报销
Complete the finance data entry of group and domestic ERP system 完成集团和国内ERP系统的数据录入
Assist with financial budget/audits 配合完成集团预算和审计工作
Office suppliers and equipments procurement/maintain 办公用品和设备的采购及维护
Assist HR manager or HR agency to do HR issues 协助人事经理或代理完成分公司人事工作
Other works arranged by branch manager or finance manager 完成其他分公司经理或者主管安排的工作




Personal Capabilities & Education
Financial related College Degree or above new graduates or trainee大专以上在校生或应届毕业生均可
Good learning and Independent working ability良好的学习能力和独立的工作能力
Meticulous work,sense of responsibility, good Communication skills and team spirit 工作细致，责任感强，良好的沟通能力、团队精神
Make sure 2-3days working time every week 每周保证2-3天工作时间
Relevant in freight forwarding or logistics industry work experience will be given priority 具有相关货运或物流行业的工作经验优先考虑
