1. Assist management operator recruitment amount according to budget and sales change;
根据预算和销售变化，协助管理一线员工招聘数量；
2. Responsible for recruiting operator according to recruitment process;
根据招聘流程，复制一线员工招聘；
3. Help to arrange sub-contract operator transfer to contract operator to ensure Sub HCs below than 10% of company total HCs；
协助派遣工转为公司合同工，确保派遣人头比例低于10%；
4. Responsible for the management of employee files;
管理一线员工档案；
5. Responsible for the management of new employee attendance (DingDing).
负责新员工考勤管理（钉钉）。
任职要求：
1. 人力资源相关专业，一年以上相关从业经验；
2. 熟悉一线员工招聘管理流程；
