JOB PURPOSE
The key role of this job is, from order to cash, process monitoring including credit risk assessment, order booking, shipment authorization and credit collection. Maximise receivables turnover and cash flow while minimizing bad debt, and maintaining good customer relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/Areas of Accountability:
1 Stamp PO and contract after reviewed by Credit manager / Commercial director
2 Prepare and check accounts receivable bills.
3 Conduct business contact and reconciliation with clients, and resolve abnormal issues.
4 Manage client files.
5 Manage invoices.
6 Manage contracts.
7 Assist with other tasks in business and finance.

REQUIREMENTS
1 Bachelor degree or above, accounting or financial related major
2 Good written and oral English, CET 4 or above level
3 Proactive and willing to learn
