为了更好地吸纳和发展人才，我们自2009年启动了“索迪斯精英发展计划”。通过与法国昂热大学合作办学，为希望在综合设施管理服务行业有所作为的应届毕业生提供法国留学、总部实习及回国轮岗实践的全面培养计划，学成者将在索迪斯中国担任相应管理岗位。
