Responsibilities:
Fairs & Events
61 Oversee all aspects of pre-exhibition planning, including contacting with event organizers and vendors, approving booth and graphic designs, and selecting and arranging furniture and lighting, etc. Additionally, manage internal departmental coordination, align the booth team, and schedule exhibit production.
61 Marketing Material Oversight: Handle the creation and inventory of marketing materials like brochures, promotional articles, and exhibits, ensuring sufficient quantities and up-to-date content.
61 Event On-site Assistance: Offer comprehensive on-site support for fairs and events, including packaging items, booking accommodations, and providing reception services, to guarantee smooth event operations.
Website & Social Media
61 Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and regular updates of the group’s Chinese language brand websites, encompassing content gathering, composition, layout, and deployment via the website’s backend system, all to boost traffic and user satisfaction.
61 Social Media Oversight: Handle the regular updates and care of our group’s brand WeChat official accounts, crafting and executing social media strategies to amplify our online presence.
61 Corporate Design in Chinese: Ensure the effective and refined execution of corporate designs, like letterheads and business cards, in Chinese, elevating our company’s visual identity.
Requirements:
61 We’re looking for an enthusiastic undergraduate or graduate student, ideally studying marketing or a related subject.
61 If you’re a strong writer with a knack for social media and can stay cool and productive even under pressure, we want to hear from you. Bonus points if you’re a quick learner and have an eye for detail.
61 You should be comfortable chatting in English – at least at a CET-4 level.
61 Being a whiz with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the works – is a must.
61 We need you for at least 3 days a week, but we’re flexible if you need to juggle your schedule.

展会与活动管理
61 展会筹备：负责展会前期各项筹备工作，包括与主办方、搭建商的沟通协调，展台设计与画面设计审核，家具、灯光等设施的选择与布置。同时，负责内部跨部门沟通、参展团队协调以及展品制作安排等。
61 营销物料管理：负责宣传册、促销礼品、公司展品等营销物料的制作与库存管理，确保物料充足、更新及时。
61 现场支持：为公司展会和活动提供现场支持服务，包括物品打包、酒店预订、现场服务接待等，确保活动顺利进行。
网站与社交媒体运营
61 网站维护：负责集团所有品牌中文网站的维护与更新，包括内容收集、编写、排版及通过网站后台管理系统发布，旨在提升网站流量与用户体验。
61 社交媒体管理：负责集团所有品牌微信官方账号的更新与维护，制定并执行社交媒体营销策略，增强品牌在线影响力。
61 企业中文设计：负责公司日历、信纸、名片等企业中文设计的落实与完善，提升企业视觉形象。

o 本科或研究生院校在校学生，市场营销或相关专业优先考虑。
o 擅长写作，具备社交媒体应用经验者优先；思想活跃，积极主动，能在压力下高效工作；具备较强的学习能力与细节管理能力。
