②建立精确的财务记录和采购账目，确保信息的准确性
③记录发票、跟踪监督、监管发票以免超过认证期
④审核发票内容，确保票面清晰、格式正确
⑤精确建立付款台账，依据付款台账提报OA付款申请
⑥收集供应商的协议/订单与采购科提供的采购计划制定月度与季度财务预算
⑦协助财务开展年（中）度审计及账务核查工作
⑧根据财务要求降低每月公司供应商暂估金额
⑨依据《配套供应商索赔通知函》执行索赔操作
任职资格：
1、本科，大三、大四学生优先，财务会计类、经济学类、工商管理类等相关专业优先
2、熟练使用办公软件，吃苦耐劳有上进心，具备较强的抗压能力，能适应快节奏的工作环境
3、能够连续实习4个月及以上，6个月以上优先考虑，有转正机会
