Job Responsibilities:
· Document filing and payment process;
· Assist in procurement of office supplies, office management, etc.;
· Assist in marketing gadgets management;
· Assist to manage company WeChat account and LinkedIn page;
· Assist to prepare quarterly newsletter;
· Other work assigned by the superior.
Job Requirement：
· Senior/junior students who can offer 3 or more full days a week of internships lasting at least 3 months;
· Strong in written and spoken English, English major preferred, German is a plus;
· Quick learner;
· Detail-oriented;
· Well organized;
主要工作内容：
1. 协助完成日常文件归档和付款申请；
2. 协助完成办公室用品的采购、办公室的管理等；
3. 协助管理公司礼品；
4. 协助维护公司微信公众号和领英号；
5. 协助完成公司季度Newsletter；
6. 上级领导及公司分派的其他工作。
任职要求：
1. 大四/大三同学或者研一研二，一周可以提供3个全天以上实习时间，持续时间至少3个月；
2. 优秀的英文书面及口语能力，英语专业优先，会德语是加分项；
3. 学习能力强；
4. 工作仔细认真；
5. 做事有条理
