**Job Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the HR department in daily tasks, including but not limited to recruitment, training, and employee relations management.
2. Help organize and maintain employee records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Participate in the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
4. Assist in organizing internal training activities, including venue arrangements and material preparation.
5. Support the handling of employee onboarding, offboarding, and probation-related procedures.
6. Complete other HR-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

**Requirements**:
1. Current university student in their junior or senior year (third or fourth year), preferably majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
2. Strong interest in HR work and willingness to learn and grow.
3. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of completing tasks efficiently.
6. Able to commit to at least 3 working days per week, with an internship duration of no less than 3 months. 公司简要介绍：
