职位概述：

设计和构建前沿的由生成式人工智能（Generative AI）驱动的自主代理。理想候选人应具备扎实的Python编程能力、熟悉CrewAI（或类似）等代理框架，并对生成式AI技术有深刻理解。您将在创建可扩展、智能的系统方面发挥关键作用，这些系统将解决复杂问题并提升用户体验。

工作职责：
1. AI代理开发：
o 使用如CrewAI等框架设计和实现由生成式AI驱动的代理。
o 使代理能够自主处理自然语言、进行推理并高效执行任务。
o 开发多代理协作和任务编排机制。
2. 机器学习集成：
o 利用生成式AI模型（如GPT、LLaMA或自定义模型）为代理的决策和交互提供支持。
o 针对特定用例微调预训练语言模型，以提高代理性能。
o 融入强化学习和记忆系统，以增强适应性和学习能力。
3. 框架定制与集成：
o 根据特定项目需求定制和扩展如CrewAI等代理框架。
o 确保代理与API、数据库和外部系统的无缝集成。
o 优化代理在生产环境中的性能、可扩展性和鲁棒性。
4. 协作与文档：
o 与产品经理、数据科学家和工程团队紧密合作，收集需求并提供高质量解决方案。
o 维护清晰全面的文档，涵盖代理设计、工作流程和实施指南。
5. 测试与优化：
o 进行广泛测试，确保AI代理的可靠性和可扩展性。
o 持续监控并优化代理的响应、任务完成率和整体性能指标。

任职要求：
1. 技术技能：
o 精通Python，专注于AI/ML开发。
o 有使用CrewAI、LangChain或类似代理框架的实践经验。
o 对生成式AI模型（如OpenAI的GPT、Hugging Face Transformers或微调后的LLM）有深刻理解。
o 熟悉多代理系统、强化学习和任务编排概念。
2. 系统设计与集成：
o 具备为AI代理设计可扩展架构并将其集成到生产系统中的经验。
o 熟练使用API、RESTful服务和数据管道。
3. 解决问题与创新能力：
o 有为现实世界挑战创建创新AI解决方案的实践经验。
o 强大的调试和优化技能。
4. 优先资格：
o 熟悉用于记忆和上下文存储的高级工具，如向量数据库。
o 了解多模态AI（结合文本、图像和语音功能）。
o 有在云环境（如Azure、AWS）中部署AI解决方案的经验。
5. 学历/专业：
o 计算机科学、人工智能或相关领域的本科及以上。
