Main Tasks:
- Be responsible for complying the ISO9001, ISO 22163 and IATF16949 standard within document control function and other quality aspects , implement GMS properly to meet company or customer requirements
- Maintain and up keeping of controlled document files, hard copy filing
- Ensure timely dispatch and distribution of updated documentation to designated dept. and retrieve of obsolete documents for cancellation
- Up keeping of documentation distribution, manual and software dispatch and return record
- Timely update the document control list and distribution list
- Be responsible for transfer global ECN to local ECN form and distribute all Engineering Change Notice
- Responsible for the management of CCM documentation control room, coordinating on administrative needs as well as document control requirement
etc.

Essential Requirements:
- College degree or above, students who will be graduated in year of 2025/2026.
- Basic English in reading / writing
- Strong working responsibility, be patient, attention to details
- Good team spirit
