We are Stocko Contact a German manufacturer for electrical connections.

We have just relocated our company from Shanghai to Kunshan.
The production is ready and SOP, but there are thousands of small issues that need to be solved and optimized—things like 5S follow-up, decoration improvements, and Etc.

We looking for a highly motivated and self driving character and want to give a fresh graduate or young person an opportunity for their job. Initially, they would work as a kind of task tracker (or simple project manager) to ensure all issues I identify are documented and followed up with the responsible person.

We are starting Value Stream Mapping and moving strongly toward Lean. This person will be involved in various training sessions and real-life actions for implementation, making it a great opportunity to start their career.

English is mandatory, and conversational Chinese (with a willingness to improve) is required. The position is open to any gender and nationality.

This would be a temporary position 6-12 Month. But depending on work attitude and efforts made be converted in a permanent position.
At the optimal case, after 1 year could be hired as a junior Lean engineer depending on skills, motivation and attended trainings.
