1. How You Contribute
- As a Management Trainee
1) Collaborate with other functions/brands on project-base to create more synergy with innovation.
2) Own data-driven initiatives- from analyzing market trends to designing actionable strategies-that directly impact the company’s growth and competitive edge.
- Within Strategy function
1) Strategic Analysis, Planning & Execution Support: Proficiency in data tools (Python/SQL/Tableau) and BI platforms, Analyze macro/industry/user trends to guide leadership decisions; align teams on goals and track progress.
2) Data-Driven Insights & Decision Enablement: Develop analytical models to identify growth barriers; lead research (e.g., market entry) for actionable strategies.
3) Technology Integration & Process Optimization: Monitor policy/tech/capital trends to forecast risks/opportunities; design competitor counterstrategies.
4) Industry Landscape & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor policy/technology/capital shifts to anticipate market risks/opportunities; formulate dynamic countermeasures against competitor activities.
5) Cross-Functional Collaboration & Implementation: Partner with key stakeholders to operationalize strategies; oversee critical projects through structured PMO governance.
2. Role Qualifications
1）Passionate at outdoor and retail business. Love sports.
2）Proficient in Python, SQL, Tableau or similar tools.
3）Good at communication as a team player with cross-functional teams.
4）Bachelor or above degree in any discipline.
