1. How You Contribute
- As a Management Trainee
1) Through change requirements or project to understand business needs.
2) Collaborate with other functions/brands on project-base to create more synergy with innovation.
3) Willing share new technologies or solutions to business team.
- Within Digital function
1) Analyze business pain point and requirement in projects and change requirements, ensuring that system design is adhered to business requirement.
2) Support system unit testing, integration testing, user testing to ensure the system functionality readiness.
3) Create and maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and system functionalities to ensure clarity and continuity within teams.
4) Be responsible for system maintenance and analyze operational issues and requests to seek opportunities on system improvement.
2. Role Qualifications
1）Passionate at outdoor and retail business. Love sports.
2）The ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
3）Familiarity with programming languages is a plus. Such as Python/SQL/Java.
4）Good at communication as a team player with cross-functional teams.
5）The ability to adapt to new technologies, processes and open to learning and sharing.
6）Bachelor or above degree in any discipline.
7）Major in Computer Science, Business Analysis, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics related is highly 公司简要介绍：
