You will make an impact in the following way:
Reporting to Costing Manager, work on China/India costing and closing:
1. Review BOM, routing, scrap and standard cost in ERP system
在ERP系统中审核BOM表，路径，报废和标准成本
2. Provide quotation of RFQs to commercial team
为商务团队提供RFQs报价
3. Month-end closing, calculate and review WIP, FG, WO variances, provide relevant analysis to management
月末结算，计算和审核WIP, FG, WO的差异，并向管理层提供相关分析
4. Conduct standard cost roll including material, DL, overhead, scrap
进行标准成本核算，包括材料、DL、管理费用、报废
5. Analyze absorption and manufacturing variances
分析吸收和生产差异
6. Prepare production KPIs
准备生产kpi指标
7. Review and analyze cost saving
审查和分析成本节约情况
8. Ad hoc request from manager

What you will bring:
-University degree, major in Accounting/Finance. Fresh graduate acceptable
本科及以上学历，会计/财务相关专业。应届生也可以考虑
-Experience in manufacturing industry and hands-on experience with ERP like SAP preferred but not must
有制造业工作经验，有SAP等ERP操作经验者优先
-Good command of English both written and spoken
英文听说读写精通
-Be able to meet deadline and work under big pressure, “can-do” attitude
能够在截止日期前完成任务，能够承受较大的工作压力，有“can-do”的态度
-Effective communication skills and good teamwork
