主要职责 Main Responsibility:
1. 每日，每周生产部统计报表及报告数据整理汇总
Daily，weekly production data and report data summary
2. 部门采购申请、文具申请汇总下发
Create the OPS PR and tracking
3. 配合人事部完成产线新员工入职离职办理、更衣室分配等
Support HR to complete the new employee entry and quit process and the distribution and registration of the locker
4. 检查生产考勤正确性
Responsible for checking the accuracy of attendance
5. 现场过程文件的发放和回收
Shopfloor process documents deliver and recovery if needed
6. 生产现场的变化点看板管理与维护
Shopfloor change overview Kanban management
7. 生产现场5S检查并跟踪
Shopfloor 5S check and follow up
8. 根据物流计划发布生产计划安排并跟踪生产计划执行,如有需要及时和计划员或生产经理沟通
According to weekly plan, deliver production plan and follow up completion of production plan, if necessary, communication with planner or production manager.
9. 根据生产需要提报人员需求及生产人员报餐
According to production demand, apply for the manpower and meal requirements
10. 根据经理要求，执行与该职位相符的或者公司营运所必须的其他任务
At the manager’s request, the employee must perform tasks that correspond to the type of the position or become necessary as a result of company operations

任职要求Qualification：
1. 大学专科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineering
2. 较强的沟通协调能力及培训组织能力
Good communication and coordination ability and training organization ability
3. 熟练的英文口头及书面表达能力,熟练使用办公软件等
Good command of spoken and written English, proficient in office software, etc
