1、负责考勤管理、休假管理，制作每月考勤报表；
2、负责每月绩效考核，制作每月薪酬报表，按时发放薪资；
3、每月制作相关人事，人工成本等各类分析报表；
4、协助主管进行人员招聘，培训，员工关系等工作
5、总经理的日常行政工作支持
6、上级交办的其他工作
