Your Role
Aptiv’s Finance Internship Program is a {insert duration} Summer internship designed to immerse you in Aptiv’s business and culture. You’ll gain hands-on experience by leading impactful projects within the finance organization and interacting with senior leadership across multiple functions. During your internship you will gain a comprehensive understanding of one core facet of the finance organization, which may include;

This internship serves as a stepping stone to Aptiv’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), a three-year rotational program designed to develop future finance leaders. FLDP participants complete three 12-month assignments across diverse finance functions, with the possibility of international experience.
Your Background
61 Final-year students majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
61 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
61 Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
61 Adaptable, flexible, and open to geographic mobility.
61 Proven leadership experience (e.g., campus or organizational roles).
