Job Overview:
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our team as a Project Engineer. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, executing, and completing engineering projects according to project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Support project managers in preparing project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.
Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and problem-solving.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and issues and providing solutions.
Assist in coordinating and managing project resources, including personnel and materials.
Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and company policies.
Participate in project meetings, capturing key points and follow-up actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Understanding of project management principles and engineering practices.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or co-op experience in project management or engineering projects.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Knowledge of CAD software and engineering design principles.
