1. 了解可控硅/二极管/MOSFET等功率半导体器件的参数测试与器件性能评估，或者对此比较感兴趣；

2. 在导师的指导下，能够依据既定的测试流程和标准操作程序，进行产品参数、性能测试等实验操作；

3. 功率半导体器件相关产品的测试数据的整理与分析汇总；

4. 开发测试板的元器件焊接，组装与调试；

5. 完成相关产品的测试报告；

要求：

1. 本科：大三/大四学生；研究生：研一/研二

2. 电气工程及其自动化/自动化/电力电子与电力传动/电机与电器等相关专业
