1. Assist GM to supervise overall daily office operation；
2. Responsible for prepare and follow-up on meeting minutes, and pass on information to departments to ensure smooth communication；
3. Responsible for collecting, filing and keeping GM's documents；
4. Other tasks assigned by General Manager；
Position requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above, economy and trade or English preferred；
2. Strong communication skills, able to work under pressure;
3. Good command of English, CET-6 or above. Excellent written English skills；
4. Computer literate on MS-office and database；
