职位描述：

Responsibilities：

- 硬件电路自动化测试环境搭建： 根据硬件电路测试需求，选择合适测试设备，设计搭建符合测试要求的高效，稳定的自动化测试环境。

Build hardware circuit automatic testing environment: Based on the hardware circuit testing requirements, select suitable testing equipment, designbuild an efficientstable automation testing environment

- 生产线测试规范文档编写及技术支持：根据测试需求编写生产线相关测试规范文档，并对生产线测试设备搭建调试提供技术支持。

Create test specificationprovide production support: Create production test specification according to test requirements,provide technical support for the constructiondebugging of production line testing equipment

- 设计及编写上位机自动化测试软件：基于CVI和LabVIEW等编程软件编写上位机自动化测试程序及其他测试软件以实现测试的自动化，提高测试效率和测试稳定性。

Designprogram automatic testing software: Based on programming software such as CVILabVIEW, designcreate automatic testing software to achieve automationefficiency of testing, improve testing efficiencystability.

- 编写测试报告及测试结果反馈：根据测试结果编写测试报告并及时准确的将测试结果反馈给项目组。

Writing test reportsproviding feedback on test results: Based on the test results, write test reportspromptlyaccurately provide feedback to the project team.

- 测试覆盖率分析（TCA）及持续改进：对测试覆盖率进行分析并不断改进提高测试覆盖率。

Test Coverage AnalysisContinuous Improvement: Analyzecontinuously improve test coverage to enhance it.

Qualifications:

- 硕士或以上学历，电力电子或控制工程类专业背景。

Master's degreeabove, with a background in electronicscontrol engineering

- 有变速箱控制器、电机控制器及电源产品相关电子类产品硬件测试类相关课题经验者优先.

Experience in hardware testing of transmission controllers, motor controllers, OBC/DCDCrelated

electronic products are preferred

- 英语读写流利，能够理解相关技术文献和交流，能与外国同事进行专业问题交流。

Fluent in readingwriting English, with the ability to understand technical documents and

communicate effectively. Ability to communicate professional issues with foreign colleagues

- 积极主动，工作勤奋, 对硬件自动化测试有强烈的兴趣，善于团队合作.

Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork , strong interest in hardware test development.

- 熟悉Keysight, NI等测试设备以及CVI，LabVIEW等编程软件，并对CANape等CAN工具有一定了解。

Familiar with Keysight, NIother testing equipment, as well as programming software such as CVI,

LabVIEW,familiar with CAN tools such as CANape.
