Responsible for:
实验室样品接收、登记、处理;与实验室测试技术团队合作,安排测试项目;跟进报告进度,解答客户有关疑问及查询处理内容。
o Receiving and log in sample and verifying sample information
o Ensure proper handling, storage, labelling sample to distribute different department
o Arrange courier service to different location or dispatch sample to customer
o Work closely with laboratory technical team, customer service representatives, and other team members to ensure smooth sample workflow and customer satisfaction.
o Monitor report status
o Release report to customer
o Handle customer enquiry
You are Required to be:
61 Minimum of 2+ years experience in hardline/ chemical laboratory
61 Has Hardline/ chemical technical or CS experience are welcome
61 Good communication skill in English & Mandarin
61 Well welcome fresh graduate student
61 Higher diploma or above in academic background
61 Computer skills such as: Proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
