What you will do:
Site Management
o Redesigning internal sites and ensuring data is correct and updated.
o Improving user interface for updating and creating new pages/content – currently done in 2 separate methods.
o Managing the documents on the Intranet and links with DMT.
SharePoint
o Structural redesign improving ability to navigate and search.
o Managing pages that are hidden – to ensure they can be reviewed and/or archived.
Document Management
o Restructure Documentation management.
o Create a maintainable structure and train team on usage and where documents should be stored.
o Streamline DMT documents combining and simplifying where possible to reduce overall maintenance while keeping complaint.
o Ensure documents older than 10 years are managed appropriately and removed as per records policy.
MS Solutions
o Leverage Microsoft tools to drive efficiencies.
o Create Power based solutions including but not limited to Search functionality and embedded metrics.
o Update current Power Metrics to align KYC and TPG metrics.
Train internal Team on how to maintain solution developed and document approach.

What you need to have:
- Good Organizations skills
- Microsoft Excel and SharePoint Knowledge
- Microsoft Power Experience
