We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing a career in Human Resources.
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
61 Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
61 Post job openings on various platforms and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS).
61 Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups.
2. HR Operations & Administration
61 Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
61 Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection and orientation support.
61 Help in processing HR paperwork, including employment contracts and benefits enrollment.
3. Employee Engagement & Events
61 Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, including team-building events, wellness programs, and training sessions.
61 Assist in collecting and analyzing employee feedback from surveys.
4. Learning & Development Support
61 Help organize training sessions, schedule workshops, and track attendance.
61 Research and recommend HR best practices to improve employee development programs.
5. HR Compliance & Policy Implementation
61 Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and assist in drafting new guidelines as needed.
61 Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
