The Role:
To provide administration support against defined procedures with some
discretion over priorities of workload. Undertakes a range of administrative
activities and resolves queries for internal/external clients.
Job Responsiblities:
1. To Support Pre-Contract Global team, meet to the business objectives and KPI’s Global TSO.
2. Process the basic information in the system.
3. Job related to business quotation and contract to clients.
4. To be responsible for document management.
5. Follow-up on requests and provide customer service.
6. Other duties as assigned.
