The Legal Intern will assist the Attorney on various matters, including document translation, contract review, contract filing and legal issue analysis etc.
What you'll do:
1.Translating legal documents from Chinese to English or English to Chinese;
2.Drafting, reviewing contracts assigned by the Attorney;
3.Conducting legal research on legal issues from internal clients, analyzing information and summarizing findings;
4.Other duties as assigned
How you'll do it:
1.Personal accountability - Keeping promises and honoring commitments, accepting responsibility for one's actions and assuming responsibility when dealing with problems, crises, and issues.
2.Individual efficiency - Effectively managing time and resources so that individual work is completed efficiently.
3.Communicating effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey clear understanding, taking into account the unique needs of different audiences.
4.Maintaining high level of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality with respect to company matters
What to bring:
1.Student majoring in Law from well-known university, senior student is preferred;
2.Internship experience in law firms or foreign invested companies is preferred;
3.Detail-orientated and a quick learner;
4.Good English skills in written is required;
