1. Purpose of the Position
88 Providing effective support to sales managers & OSR.
88 Daily work support in sales process.
2. Main Tasks
83 CRM support and management
84 CRM support to OSR if need, such as issue quotation (create/close/update…)etc.
84 CRM information control, including maintenance of leads owner, overdue Opportunities and Quotes etc.
84 CRM data export, including customer visit, Opportunities and Quotes etc.
83 Sales support
84 Price & stock Check in SAP for OSR.
84 SAP orders follow up, such as delivery check.
84 Issue quotes in SAP according to OSR CRM Quote if need.
84 Support sales to issue IPO & contracts, especially for duplicate orders.
84 Cross department communication for sales issues.
84 Support AR follow up, especially for distributors & key account customers.
84 Give quick feedback on customer’s request through Tel/Mail, Including simple technical support.
84 Other support to OSR if need.
83 Reports support :
84 CRM monthly report, including sales activities etc.
84 Sales forecast report. Collect information from OSR.
84 AR monthly report.
84 Other reports if need.
83 Marketing & office administrative
84 Marketing events, digital marketing work support if need.
84 Flight ticket issue.
84 Other administration related task assigned.
83 Other work assigned by line manager
