岗位职责
1. 学业督导
跟踪学生自习进度，制定个性化学习计划；
2. 绪价值引导
- 设计并开展情绪管理活动（如正念训练、压力释放游戏、团队协作任务等），帮助学生调节学习焦虑；
- 通过观察和沟通，识别学生的情绪波动并提供及时疏导。
3. 心理支持
- 运用心理学知识（如儿童发展心理学、教育心理学）辅助学生建立积极心态；
4. 家校沟通
- 定期向家长反馈学生的学习和心理状态，提供家庭教育建议；

任职要求
1. 基础条件
- 本科及以上学历，心理学、教育学、儿童发展等相关专业优先；
2. 核心培养能力
- 培养儿童青少年心理发展特点，正念训练等基础心理干预技术；
- 具备设计趣味性情绪管理活动的能力（如角色扮演、艺术疗愈、团体沙盘等）；
- 善于通过AI工具（如学习分析系统、情绪识别软件）辅助工作。
3. 软性素质
亲和力强，能快速与学生建立信任关系；
抗压能力强，适应灵活的工作节奏；
具备跨学科思维，能将心理学与AI教育场景结合。
4.抗压能力强
需要独立带团队去开拓新市场，具备统筹工作能力，能适应驻外出差工作要求
