主要职责:

● 使用价格表支持准备零件报价
● 跟进报价
● 在SAP中登记订单/项目
● 向计划员和采购员发布请求
● 通过与计划员和采购员协调跟进交货计划
● 推动紧急零件的提货和包装
● 推动积压订单的零件/生产
● 根据采购员的通知及时更新固定价格表
● 跟进应收款并处理佣金
● 准备运输文件和发票
● 登记故障案例，收集保修相关费用
● 支持收集和记录项目文件/信息
● 参与： 与计划员、采购员和质量管理人员的双周零件审查会议，及定期团队会议

任职要求:

● 不限专业，本科或以上学历
● 26或27届毕业，能实习8个月以上的优先考虑
● 良好的英语阅读/写作和口头沟通能力
● 擅长Excel或其他数据处理软件
● 耐心和细致，有责任感
