Responsibilities
61 Support in business architecture design and market analysis
61 Conduct company, property, and industry-specific research
61 Assist in database management and file management.
61 Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials
61 Track local and regional activity, e.g., economy, employment statistics, major company activity, industry trends, and demographics that affect the local real estate market
61 Contribute to special projects in support of business development
61 Provide ongoing support with current deals, including market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews, financial analysis

Requirements
61 Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
61 Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan
61 Detail-oriented and highly organized
61 Proficient in both Chinese and English communication skills.
61 Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
