Job Title: Assistant to Plant Manager (Student Intern) - Seating Division

Position Overview
The intern will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Plant Manager, ensuring smooth communication and execution of operational tasks. This role is ideal for international students in China seeking practical exposure to automotive manufacturing and cross-cultural teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting Management
Schedule and coordinate internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
Draft meeting minutes and follow-up reports in both Chinese and English.
Administrative Coordination
Manage the Plant Manager’s calendar, prioritize emails, and handle travel arrangements.
Assist in cross-departmental communication (e.g., HR, Engineering, Logistics).
Document Control
Maintain digital and physical files, ensure compliance with ISO documentation standards.
Support expense reimbursement processes and vendor coordination.
Office Operations
Oversee office supplies inventory and facility maintenance requests.
Assist in organizing team-building events and employee recognition programs.
Ad-hoc Projects
Support data entry, translation (Chinese-English), and special assignments as needed.
Requirements
Eligibility
Must be an international student in China with valid study visa (F/X visa).
Availability for minimum 4 full days/week (onsite commitment required).
Language Skills
Native-level English proficiency (oral/written) .
Ability to translate technical documents with accuracy.
Core Competencies
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Cultural adaptability and discretion in handling confidential information.
Preferred Background
Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or Engineering.
Previous internship experience in manufacturing or automotive industry (preferred but not required).
