职能类别:行政专员/助理
（一）行政事务
1.文件管理：负责公司各类文件的收发、登记与流转，确保文件传递的及时性与准确性；对文件进行分类整理，建立电子和纸质档案目录，方便文件的查阅与检索；定期清理过期文件，按照规定进行销毁处理，保障文件管理的规范性。
2.办公用品管理：统计各部门办公用品需求，制定采购计划，选择优质供应商进行采购；对办公用品进行入库验收、登记台账，并妥善保管；定期盘点办公用品库存，根据库存情况及时补货，避免出现短缺影响工作；按照规定流程为员工发放办公用品，并做好领用记录。
3.会议组织：协助策划公司内部各类会议，包括确定会议主题、时间、地点及参会人员；提前发布会议通知，确保参会人员知晓会议安排；负责会议场地的布置，包括摆放桌椅、调试设备、准备会议资料等；
（二）人事支持
1.招聘支持：协助开展招聘工作，包括在各大招聘平台发布招聘信息、筛选简历、安排面试等环节，为公司选拔优秀人才；参与面试过程的组织与协调，确保面试的顺利进行。
2.人事基础工作：协助处理员工入离职手续、考勤统计等人事基础工作，维护人事信息的准确性和及时性；完成领导交办的其他人事相关工作。

1.针对2026年毕业的应届毕业生，不限专业；实习表现优秀者可毕业后直接转正；
2.具备较强的沟通协调能力，能与不同部门的同事进行有效沟通；
3.工作认真负责，有较强的责任心和执行力，能够按时完成工作任务；
