在专业技术人员指导下，学习280-850吨注塑机模具架模；
学习调用机器参数调试出满足质量需求的产品；
学习调试工艺参数和现场问题解决；
学习按照作业指导书进行调试设备，模具；
学习按照作业指导书对设备进行维护保养，清洁和自主性维护，联络维修解决设备和设置故障；
辅助物料员确保线边物料准确（包材，在制品，成品和采购件）避免物料短缺；
如有需要进行安全点检（行车，吊车）；
参与全员改善和团体改善活动；
参与并执行工厂内其他岗位可能的交叉培训；
执行领班安排的其他任务和项目；
