【工作内容】
- 提供第一线的技术支持，解决员工遇到的计算机硬件、软件及网络问题。
- 记录并跟踪服务请求，确保所有问题得到及时有效的解决。
- 对常见技术问题进行预防性维护。
- 协助进行IT设备的安装、配置和管理，包括电脑、打印机等办公设备。
- 与外部技术支持团队协作，处理复杂的技术问题。
- 定期检查和维护公司的IT基础设施，确保其正常运行。
- 为员工提供基础的IT技能培训和支持。
【任职要求】
- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识。
- 熟悉Windows操作系统及常用办公软件的安装与故障排除。
- 能够快速学习并掌握新技术，具备解决问题的能力。
- 具备基本的网络知识，了解TCP/IP协议。
- 良好的团队合作精神，能够在压力下保持冷静并高效工作。
